Multiple phone interviews. Multiple phone "quizzes" to test knowledge. Two different in person interviews. "Cultural interview" and a "soup to nuts technical interview" Had to take off work multiple times. Seemed like everything was going well up until the last in person interview. Made it through all the phone screening (including multiple technical quizzes) Made it through the cultural interview. Technical interview was odd. It is not a comfortable situation. You stand up in front of a group of interviewers. Answer questions they fire off. Did not feel like I had the opportunity to really show them what I know. Never heard back from them after the last interview...wasted a lot of time off.
