Part-time recruiter reached out to schedule 30min recruiter call. A few days later, I heard back to schedule 1hr call with Hiring Manager. The night before the scheduled morning call, recruiter cancelled the call and wanted to reschedule. After rescheduling and meeting with HM, during call HM wanted me to move to next round (technical, one coding problem related to what the company has, and one system design related to what the company has). Recruiter did not schedule the next round, and after a few days of no response, recruiter said they decided to move on with other candidates with more experience. My resume has my experience. A waste of 1.5 hours
