I did 6 interviews for the role, with marketing team members, the heads of Data/Analytics and Product, and finally the CEO. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. Interviews were friendly and casual, but most lasted an hour or more, talking in-depth into my past projects with several follow-up questions. Definitely not a process you can bluff your way through; I had to be extremely prepared. That said, they didn't give me a massive assignment to complete like other companies did, which I really appreciated. I also noticed during the process that everyone talked about creating a strong culture - and not in the cheesy, forced way that a lot of startups attempt. Since joining I can happily say they really walk the walk, people do feel valued and cohesive despite being fully remote, and their leave/flexitime policies are super generous.
