The interview is split into 4 phases including 3 technical ones. Each interview is led by a different employee representing a team among the company. There is also a fifth person who will do all the interview and make you feel more comfortable.
Each micro-interview gives you some time to get acquainted with the employee, to ask him questions and answer some. Then comes the technical tests with algorithms and structures problems to solve on a whiteboard.
Each interviewer conceives his/her own opinion about you. You get hired if you get a majority of "yes" among the interviewers.
Interviewers are nice and the major difficulty is the length of the interview.
