1st level is screening by Kelly Staffing.
2nd is in person at their location. Typical, unscrpited questions about your relevant skills and experience. When they tell you about the history and evolution/restructuring of the company pay close attention. At some point you'll be walked through the office space and into the "production" area. At this point you'll want to take note of the available tools and test equipment. If your job will be hands-on at all, make sure to be shown the resources you have access too. This will probably be followed with a typical wrap up.
3rd level will be when the production manager introduces you to as many of the owners/employees as possible (about 4~7 in 2014) to get their buy-in.
