Interview
Lengthy interview with several developers. Had a nice chat and discussed the job's requirements. Had a follow-up interview with test scenario and further discussion. Really hit it off with the developers.

What would you do if a developer told you something you pointed out was not a defect?
It started with a phone interview, and then them looking for a writing sample. It was pretty difficult because they were looking for insurance knowledge and I don't have a lot.
