Smart Pharmacy interview questions

The interview process was long, once accepted you will not start for up to several weeks after. They appear to, at first, care for customers before all else. You will quickly learn there is more concern for time and profit loss.

The first step is a Phone screen. The second step is Personality Test. The third step is a VP of Sales one on one face to face interview. It took one week for them to make a decision. Looking for personality, not work experience. Entire process was one month.
