Received a phone interview. I was asked about my experience and why I was interested in this position. I had questions about hours and pay increases, so a second interview was scheduled.

They asked if I would be willing to work 25 to 30 hours per week for 60 to 90 days for a trail period and if I was willing to then go to 40 hours per week after the trial period.
