This was easily the most exploitative and unprofessional interview experience I’ve ever had. The founder interviewed me directly and the whole process spanned 3 sessions over 6 hours, The founder was late, took calls in noisy environments, came unprepared, and kept pushing additional sessions unrelated to the actual job. Over three “interviews”, I ended up doing real design work using his production files—work he eagerly downloaded and likely used. One of these sessions even took place late at night, well outside normal business hours—so judge the legitimacy of this business for yourself. After that? Nothing. No response to follow-ups, no rejection, just ghosted. Felt like a setup to get free labor under the guise of an interview.
