I lead Human Resources, which includes our Talent Acquisition team. Thank you for your feedback and I apologize about your experience during the interview process. Our goal is to create a positive experience for all candidates who are interested in SmartBear. I have met with our team and the head of the SDR program to share your feedback and discuss any adjustments in our process. The person who leads the SDR program joined the company a few months ago. He is committed to building an exceptional team, is already making a tremendous impact to the company, and in the past two weeks added two talented women to his team.
