Four interviews Consultative/Conversation style interview All over zoom Looking for candidates who are motivated, competitive and confident The interviews went over the course of two weeks, which is a good sign as they only want to hire people who they see succeeding and having a future in the organisation.

It was a twenty minute to thirty minute interview over the phone with the possibility for future phone interviews and eventually a zoom interview (due to the virus and everyone being remote)
