      I interviewed at SmartMed B.V.

      The process was made in two Interviews, 15 days between then. 1st with some women from HR and 2nd with IT architect and a team leader from one of the teams. Very focus is technical questions and very poorly made.

      Dear Candidate, We are sorry that your experience with us did not leave you with the good impression we usually do. The PO recruitment process happened at a stage in the company when major features were being released, which led to a 15 day gap between the first interview with HR and the team and we apologize for that. Regarding the interview with the team, as the vacancy was for Backend PO, it was necessary to have very technical aspects to understand exactly the hard skills of the candidates. We appreciate your opinion and are available by email or phone contact, in case you see any future recruitment process where your profile may fit.
