Only two steps, HR and user. Both interviews are brief and straight forward, I think they were urgent hiring (need to fill the position ASAp). It was hard to schedule interview with the user that we ended up doing the interview after working hours.

First is document selection, then assessment process, like online test, where we need to answer lots of question like english, psikotest, etc. Then Leaderless Group Discussion, i did it offline, then idea presentation along with HR and User Interview where I also did it offline in Jakarta.
