Smitch interview questions

I recently interviewed for the Product Head/Product Lead role at Smitch Care in Dec 2023, and I wanted to share my overall experience. The interview process comprised 3-4 rounds, excluding the screening round. Despite feeling confident post-interview, I received feedback that I was placed on hold. While it was disappointing, I remain confident that my experience equips me to contribute significantly and scale products at Smitch Care from 0 to 1. I appreciate the positive aspects of the interview process and believe that there's an opportunity for Smitch Care to enhance their feedback and decision-making process.

Don't attend interviews, waste of time. ============================= first round - phone in technical second round - aptitude assessment third round - video call technical fourth round - technical assessment project fifth round - technical assessment project discussion after 5 rounds they told me , they will make offer letter, but unfortunately they delayed by 2 weeks. In between I got calls from other recruiting agency for same company. That means they delayed and searching for other candidates.After 2 weeks , they called me still interested? I simply rejected. They are not professional, don't job these type of companies, It will be a headache in future. It was a really bad experience with this company.
