I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smith Debnam
Interview
Introductory interview took place over Zoom. The interviewer was pleasant, asked some introductory questions, nothing too difficult. Unfortunately, not enough time was allotted to ask more than a few questions before the interview concluded. Interviewer asked to email him if there were any additional questions which I did follow-up with and heard nothing back. No worries as I know people can be busy. A week goes by and I sent a follow-up email inquiring about the status of my candidacy. Again, nothing. And this is why I'm giving this experience a negative review. Ghosting is NEVER an appropriate thing to do to an candidate who is trying to a get a job. This reflects poorly on this firm as it shows a lack of sympathy and respect to those trying to find a job.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Smith Debnam (Raleigh, NC) in Sept 2023
Interview
This interview process was pretty straightforward and pleasant. There were two separate interviews. The first interview consisted of two interviews that came to my school for the OCI process. After the first interview, I received an invitation for a second interview with two different individuals who were in charge of the Summer Clerk Program.
