Interview
Had an in-person interview, then I was flown to the corporate HQ for multiple one-on-one interviews with different prospective team members. It was a bit cumbersome from a travel standpoint, and it probably could have been a single group interview and taken much less time.

They seemed more concerned with when I could start than with my background. Not really that much of a red flag, but in hindsight it was a bit peculiar.
