Snap Agency interview questions

Two interviews. Pretty relaxed interview. First interview was with the person who would be my direct boss and the person I would replace. Second interview was with the partner. Both were very conversational.

This was a very strange interview. They like to talk about their A team and their C team, which was odd, and how they don't offer health insurance because they're so small. Many people work from home. The office seemed largely empty, and dark. Despite this, they generally seemed like a nice group of people.
