I had an initial assessment interview with HR that was then followed by a 3 hour long interview with 5 individuals all back-to-back. Luckily, there was one half hour break in the middle. While I appreciate the efficiency, it's very exhausting to do 5 interviews back-to-back - and I'm an extrovert!
