The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snap-on in Jan 2009
Interview
Two phone interviews. One to simply verify resume info. The other was more comprehensive. Required to take a 2 hour (what seemed very difficult) aptitude test. Then invited to travel to Chicago for an in person interview with VP of the program. That interview was a typical interview lasting an hour (Copmany paid for travel expenses). Then was job offered about 2 weeks later. Process took about 6-8 weeks, although it was the holiday season.
