I applied online. I interviewed at Snowbird Advertising (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview was short. They had loads of people in on the same day and were running late. Very broad overview of the role was provided and any questions asked were never fully answered. The office in Birmingham where the interview was held was very basic and more rundown than others I have worked in, almost as if it were temporary. I got asked back but decided not to go.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Snowbird Advertising (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were 3 separate stages to the interview. The initial interview was a preliminary stage just as a means of gaining a first impression and, from what i'm guessing, to see how personable each candidate is as it's a sales role.
The second stage gave me the chance to see the day to day activities and work that needs to be put in place along side giving me a more in-depth understanding of the company before making any long term decisions.
Finally the final stage gives a chance to sit down with the management team to discuss if you feel the role is right for you and what you'd bring to the table.
A well balanced, thorough interview process.
