Chat with recruiter followed by take home project. Spent some time and submitted quality work with source code repo. Was rejected. Asked for feedback and they provided very detailed feedback on why they disagreed with my findings and model building. I still think they are wrong but this is a hiring manager and recruiter combo that is considerate and invested enough to provide candidates extensive critique which can only be helpful for future opportunities. Probably a great place to work.
