I was put at ease, asked general and then more specific questions regarding advising, coaching and conflict resolution. The process was seamless and pleasant. More like a conversation than a stressful interview.

The process was seamless and quick. The recruiter reached out, and the phone screening went ok, 2 days later, there was an interview with the hiring manager. The atmosphere of the interview didn't seem forced or stiff.
