I interviewed at Social & Scientific Systems (Durham, NC)
Interview
Not bad---met with Janine C.---i think she was the head honcho. Seemed a bit 'flightly' but did know her stuff. Seemed more interested in my shoes than anything else. I met with many different folks---lauri, Cammi, Lynn, Jennifer P., all seemed very nice.

Question 1
What was your most difficult professional failure and how did you overcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Social & Scientific Systems in Feb 2020
Interview
Went through a few videoconference interviews. Interviewers were professional but didn't seem to have much passion in the job they did and they seemed more concerned about having someone able to do the job duties rather than if it was really something that I desired doing. Also didn't have great rapport with the interviewers. Might be the right fit for some though - like with any job, as the interviewee, always ask enough questions to gauge if it's the right fit for you.
Very easy to work with and nice HR team. The interview took 45 minutes and was very well prepared. One of the people interviewing me was calling in from home.
