SocialClimb interview questions

SocialClimb used a recruiting firm to help them in their search. I did a brief screening interview with their recruiter. The interview was about a half hour, and mostly went into detail on my resume to clarify qualifications I had listed. They also were interested to learn what my expectations were regarding salary. interview didn't include any STAR-story-type questions or spend time digging into my past experience at length.

Short and sweet, assessed my abilities to adapt to small workplace responsibilities, made sure I was a culture fit, and asked If I had any questions. I was impressed with how smooth and efficient the process was.
