Socialbear Community interview questions

Interview with 2 people, they didn't seem to know what questions to ask half the time. They told me that one of the clients they were working for wasn't providing information needed for agents to effectively do the job role so agents would be expected to go through previous emails to find solutions while on the phone to customers which isn't an effective way to work at all.
