The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Socure in Mar 2022
Interview
Recruiter sourced me online and overly sold the company to me. They did a screening and then passed me onto the hiring manager. Hiring manager was monotone and showed no emotion. It was as though they had already selected a candidate and the recruiter threw me to them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked relevant questions for 7 minutes then allowed me ample time to ask them questions. It was obvious they did not want to continue.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Socure
Interview
The scheduling of the interview process was a nightmare. I interviewed with several executives and subject matter experts over a two-month period. After following up on my status, I was ghosted by two recruiters. Later, I noticed the job reposted on LinkedIn. This experience felt like a complete waste of time, though it may ultimately be a blessing in disguise--the last person I interviewed with at the company was over 20 minutes late.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Socure (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Met with the recruiter and very quickly the hiring manager and had good experiences. Was told during the manager interview that I'd be passed along to the next round of interviews and to expect scheduling details from the recruiting team momentarily.
After two weeks of delay tactics from the recruiter, I was told the hiring manager decided to proceed with other candidates in the process.
Beware of any company who operates their hiring process in this manner.
