      Intern - Hourly Interview

      4 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Scottsdale, AZ
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SoftPoint (Scottsdale, AZ)

      Interview

In the beginning I was having issues scheduling a time for the interview. I came into their office to do an interview, the interviewer didn't even know what position I was applying for at the time. They mainly went over my resume and didn't truly test my abilities, which were basically shrugged off. I then received an offer to work for them at minimum wage. I know they are a start-up; but this is a software development job, not a pizza joint.

      Question 1

The interviewer looked over my resume, no technical questions.
