Softelligence interview questions

2 Interviews. 1 HR and another technical. HR Interview with questions about experience, career path and obviously salary. Technical interview had 2 interviewers with a lot of technical and background questions, but nothing too major to not be able to pass if you're at senior level.

I just had the HR interview, the first one of the process, which was basically a phone call from an HR employee. I got contacted without applying to the position and I thought I should give it a try. Even though everything went well, they contacted me the next day saying they wanted somebody with more experience, even though they reached out in the first place.
