- Saw job post at technopark jobs site - Sent application to HR email - phone screening - Tech round 1 - Tech round 2 - Ghosted Faced unprofessional behaviour of ghosting. No rejection email or no response when i tried to reach out multiple times. They may have many reasons maybe the position is on hold or so on , that is ok if communicated properly but ghosting is an insult to the candidate.
