Several rounds of interviews asking technical, previous experience and personality questions. Virtual interviews, with different levels of management, To the point yet provided suggestions and recommendations for additional meetings. I had worked with them previously so it was a friendly type of interview.

They interviewed me twice. Both the recruiter and a senior partner. Both promised client interviews the following week. But that never happened. I made the mistake of giving them an excellent reference and it was wasted on them. THEY ARE LIARS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!

Question 1
A few technical questions. They were looking for specific answers and I gave them the process I would use. There are many ways to do my work. There is no one canned answer for each of their questions. This is why recruiters should never do technical screenings. They do not understand that your answers could be correct even if it is not the exact answer they are looking for.
Call to start with but agency not professional and could not arrange it properly or did not tell me what exactly happened. Next time need to manage the expectations from the agency.
