I had like 4 interviews: HR, my manager, some colleagues, and the manager of my manager. Everyone nice, but quite some calls, and time spent there. Plenty of questions, about different topics, technically and personally. At the end, I got rejected, but the funnier thing is that they were not able to find ANYONE suitable for the position. So, me, and likely some others in the process were not able to pass "the bar" of their expectations. No real information about why I did not pass (or anyone) so no real feedback. A waste of time.
