The interview process consists of a solo coding challenge provided by CodeSignal, followed by a supervised coding challenge, and finally an interview over teams concerning soft skills, past experience, culture fit, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Softwire (Manchester City Centre, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied through the "Career Switcher" route, but I wouldn't recommend this for others moving into the tech industry.
The process was lengthy, but straight-forward and organised. First, an online application, then online logic tests (40 mins) and coding tasks (~1 hour). Moving to the next stage: a remote HR interview (30 mins) then on to Live-coding/debugging interview (90 minutes), I reached the final round for another soft-skills interview (45 minutes). Throughout the video interviews, all the interviewers were positive, encouraging, and seemed happy with my answers. In the end I was not offered the job, but I did have to explicitly request feedback, which I think should be provided along with any rejection to aid those trying to enter the tech industry.

Question 1
Talk about a time when you handled a disagreement between you and a colleague.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Softwire (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
30 minute HR screening call, after that it is 1 hour live code interview with 2 challenges.
In the coding challenge, you look at the spec and try to make all of tests pass.
I don't know what's after as I didn't pass the live code interview
