Interview
Met on campus, went straight to phone interview. Was a technical phone interview, asked me things I've studied and geared his questions around that. Then had an onsite interview, met with HR really low level of stress in the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Asked me to develop queries for SQL around a schema he developed off top of the head. He would add on to it, like now how would you set up your tables and queries if you wanted the time of the transactions?"
"Told him I had parallel programming courses. Asked what thrashing was in the caches. Asked what locks were used for."
Then object oriented questions for C#. What is an interface? What is modular and coupling? Can't remember the rest, he was impressed by the database knowledge.
Easy, straight to the point. asked reasonable questions about motivation ,ambitions and career goals within 5 years. explained their business mdoel, what they try to achieve, the customers they serve and types of roles consultants can fulfill with the client
Super easygoing, friendly hiring team and very straightforward with the interviewing process. Whoever interviewed me is still in touch with me and are extremally helpful. Interview process was about two weeks long.

Interview
Campus process. They required the creation of a powerpoint about myself and had me present it to two groups which included the office leadership. I didn't like the fact I had to waste my time to create a powerpoint. The interviewers were respectful and seemed decent enough.
