Overall a highly enjoyable interview process. The interview process begins with online applications involving some questions, followed by face-to-face interviews with different personnel and a final interview at HQ itself
The first round of interview was conducted in a group. We were spilt into groups of approximately 10 people and sat around the discussion table to work on a task.

I'm a graduating master student in the US, and came across this company on a virtual career fair that was introduced on the Job Site of my University.
My experience for this job application might be the "best" I ever had, because my application was never through their system due to my Birth Year was out of their preferences. Excuse me? It is 2018, and this prefers a pool of candidates who were Born in a certain range of years?!! I don't want to say it, but isn't it so obvious that it is the D-word I was thinking about??
Stay away if you really care what culture you are running into.
