I interviewed at Solace (Atlanta, GA)

      Interview

I recently interviewed for a Healthcare Advocate position and had a positive experience. The interviewer was professional, transparent, and took time to explain both the role and the company culture. I appreciated that the conversation focused not only on qualifications but also on whether the position would be a good fit for my long-term goals and work style. The role appears to offer flexibility, meaningful patient advocacy work, and the opportunity to build a caseload while helping patients navigate complex healthcare situations. I also appreciated the honesty regarding expectations, caseload development, and the transition from a clinical nursing role into a non-clinical advocacy position. Overall, the interview process felt respectful, informative, and well-organized. Candidates interested in healthcare navigation, care coordination, and patient advocacy may find this opportunity especially appealing.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interview focused heavily on fit, independence, and patient advocacy rather than clinical nursing skills. Some of the questions included: * Tell me about your healthcare background and experience. * How do you feel about helping patients solve multiple long-term problems at the same time? * How comfortable are you transitioning from a clinical nursing role into a non-clinical advocacy role where you would not be providing medical advice? * Are you looking for a supplemental opportunity or hoping to transition into this role full-time? * How do you feel about managing a caseload of patients and building long-term relationships with them? * How would you handle working independently in a remote environment? The interviewer was transparent about expectations, caseload development, scheduling flexibility, and the patient population served.
