The interview was in four steps, which unfortunately took way longer than expected, because of long gaps between these steps.
1) First interview with leetcode easy problems.
2) Take-home assignment.
3) Interview with team engineers.
4) Interview with managers.

Invested 2 months in a promising interview process, receiving positive feedback at every stage. After the VP interview, radio silence despite follow-ups.
