I went in for a late evening interview right before they closed for the night. Very lovely practice. I had my eye on this place for a long time so I was very excited to get a call. I thought the interview went very well. I was there for a long time speaking to the Optical Manager. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Maybe that was my downfall. I think I felt too comfortable and maybe said too much. Anyways I didn't get a call back and was very and still am very disappointed. I was really hoping to get the job. I am not sure what happened during the interview. I tried to call the manager back to ask her why I didn't get the job or if she could at least tell me if it was something I said or did during the interview but she wouln't tell me. I understand if she didn't want to tell me but also it would be nice to know for future reference so I don't make the same mistake. Maybe I didn't make any mistakes and they just decided to go with another person. My point being, if someone you interview calls back for advice to better themselves in the next interview or make their resume better wouln't it be helpful to give that person the advice?
