Took 1 month to reply to my application, then another month to set up a video call interview, did a coding test after the interview and failed. Asked for feedback, the feedback given was false and oxymoronic. E.g. "She displayed no experience coding in Java. But her solutions to the questions given worked and displayed expected results from the examples given. Created unused variables (which wasn't true)" ? ? ? 2 months to set up a 10 minute phone call, a 40 minute video call and a 1-2 hour coding test. Only to fail the coding test due to arbitary false reasons.
