I went through two rounds — the first with two senior team members and the second with a large panel of about nine people. The interviews were professional and conversational, focusing on situational and behavioral questions around stakeholder management , cross team functionality and requirements gathering. There was also a question where I have to write features and stories based on a scenario.
Although the discussions went smoothly and good, I was later informed I wasn’t selected due to “lacking tenure in large and complex systems environments” and “limited details to establish experience.” The feedback felt somewhat generic, as my resume and my experience and conversation didn't support their comments.
