Typical interview process, with a SQL interview and final interview. Recruiter is very cagey about the salary range for the role. I would guess the range is 100-130k for this position. I described my range which was 145k and we continued in the process, but they were unable to make me an offer that was not a pay cut for my current role. This was inconsiderate of them to proceed in the process when my range wasn't within their budget.
Their bonuses and perks are very poor, so please be aware when you are interviewing and giving your range. There are no bonuses or 401k matching, so this would mean a Solvvy offer is around 10% worse than at other companies. I get the sense they are trying to find the cheapest people to hire. They have a lot of offshore employees and did not seem to have much of a budget for the analyst team.
