It was pretty smooth considering it is a small company. It was quick and everything was done same day. I was interviewed by three different people. It was a smooth process and I liked that I got an answer the same day.
Not rocket science. Just be yourself and if you show a tiny bit of promise and charisma, you are good. The interview is very straightforward and you are told what is expected of you and how the workplace is.
