Virtual interview with a recruiter then a hiring manager. The recruiter is asking experience questions probably trying to see if you have the right relevant experience. The interviews seemed very short for a manager role. Good information provided about the role.
1 phone screen and 2 virtual interviews. 1 virtual interview was with three members of the department and the other virtual interview was with the hiring manager and their department head.

I applied and was contacted for a phone screen within a few days, which seemed promising. However, after that, the process felt rushed and disorganized. I was scheduled for an interview within a week, but there was little communication or clarity about what to expect. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and left me with more questions than confidence in the process.
