Their hiring process, if I can call it that, is terrible. The ad says they're hiring remotely within UK and Europe, but only end up hiring people from UK and wasting other applicants' time. They say they will get back to you within two weeks, and end up taking a month, just to reply that they have already made an offer to someone while you were waiting to hear back from them. The same thing happened to me twice with this company, within the span of two years. They clearly don't have a designated recruiter or HR team, and it shows.
