5 sessions of live coding interview! Right! The hiring manager did NOT meet me. First I met with a software engineer for a 45 minutes live coding session. He/she did not even tell me about the job! Then they decided I was good enough to move forward so they scheduled 4 more meetings with other team members. And guess what? All 4 interviews were live coding! And they did not make an offer, Someone should tell them if the candidate is not right, then why do you take so many hours of live coding?
