I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SonderMind (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
The process went fairly fast, which was nice. There were 3 rounds: phone screening, technical panel with three developers, and a final interview with the manager. There was also a 4-6hr code assessment via Qualified. None of the questions were designed to trip someone up or framework specific knowledge. They were all around problems that would be faced everyday.

Question 1
Write a component that moves a button back and forth across the listed columns.
I had a couple of video calls, which were more general. Then I also was sent a skills test to complete. The interviewer was very open and professional and the skills test was relevant to the job
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SonderMind (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2024
Interview
One screening, one technical + system design. Nothing too difficult. Questions were leetcode medium. The system design was easier they asked a CAP based on question. Most of the questions were from the internet with a little googling.
