I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience within our recruitment process. Sonendo is a company built on certain non-negotiable foundational values, with Integrity and Trust being two that we hold ourselves and all our employees accountable to (including our recruitment team). Integrity in the way we operate and Trust in how we build and maintain relationships outside and inside the organization. And that goes with our recruitment team and the recruiters we bring on to help build our internal team. We follow a normal recruitment process: planning, recruitment, and employee selection – with the timeframe of hire varying based on the complexity of the role. One of the KPI’s within the Talent Organization that we monitor each month is “Time to hire,” making it a priority to stay focused on the time it takes to fill open requisitions.
