Interview
Interview lasted about 2 hours. It was spit into two segments both group panels with the first being just your basic question, what do you know about our company, why do you want to work here etc. They are wanting to get a good idea of your personality and see if you would be a good fit for the culture. The second half of the interview you meet with their architects. This half is where they drill you with the technical questions.

Was very intense. You enter a room with 3 principal developers and are asked to rate your skills on center topics. And then start grilling you based on your self assessment
