First, an 8 minute phone call, where they called 10 minutes earlier than the arranged time. The sound quality was awful but they asked very simple questions that could've been filled in a form (like how many years of experience you have with Python), and never asked any follow-up questions. They mentioned I would get a challenge and that I had a few days to complete it. I got the challenge as soon as the phone call ended and it mentioned I had 48 hours to complete it. The challenge was absolutely a disrespect: two sections with about 30 timed questions each, one section was about logical reasoning and one about Python programming. Logical reasoning was all pattern matching exercises where most of them only gave me 30 seconds to complete (which weren't even enough to finish looking at the images). Python questions were also timed, where most of them gave me 30 seconds and the ones that had a lot of code to analyze gave me 180 seconds. So if you can't resolve a stupid exercise in 30 seconds you're not worth it. After I finished the challenge they said they weren't moving forward, without any more information or feedback. Definitely one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had.
