Interview
I was recommended by a member of Sophos staff for a sales role. I had a positive call with the Talent Acquisition team in January and was advised that I would be invited to a second call. That was over a month ago. Despite the Sophos employee (who recommended me) chasing the Talent Acquisition Team on at least two occasions, there has been no communication. The process compared to other organisations I have engaged with has been very poor and is a poor reflection of the culture at Sophos.

Interview
Due colloqui, con il manager e con HR tedesca. Chi Con il primo in italiano con il secondo in inglese. Per una posizione di stage, ti mettono a tuo agio, molto tranquillo, cordiali.
Talked to the hiring person back and forth, scheduled an interview and confirmed it the night before. Come time for the interview, the person never called and didn't respond to any emails trying to follow up. It's one thing to not send a rejection, but wasting an applicant's time prepping for an interview that they don't plan to follow through on is a bit disrespectful.
