It was a simple two step interview process at Sorted, one with my future line manager and one with senior leaders.
There was no task or test. A portfolio of work was requested.
The questions were on topic and relating to both technical competency as well as cultural fit.

Interview
Initial non-technical discussion with head of people/HR, then a second stage interview with a senior project manager and COO. Third stage would have been to go into the office and map out a project plan based on a scenario.

Interview
First stage interview with usual questions. 2nd stage with tech lead with some architecture questions and experience discussion no real structure. Seem to go well but no offer or feedback. As others have said no real recruitment process in place so would suggest not to waste time here until it improves.
